Consultation Services

1. Introduction

Greenwichindia LLP provides infrastructure advisory and consultation services on an engagement basis. This policy outlines the terms under which a client may cancel a service engagement, and the applicable process for doing so.

2. Cancellation Request Process

To cancel a service engagement, please contact us in writing at enquiries@greenwichindia.co.in. Your written request should include:

  • Your full name and company name (if applicable)
  • Your order or engagement reference number
  • The service(s) you wish to cancel
  • The reason for the cancellation request

Our team will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and confirm the outcome within 15 business days.

3. Cancellation Timeline & Fees

Cancellation terms depend on the stage of the engagement at the time of the request:

  • Before Work Commences: Cancellation before our team has begun any work on your engagement will be processed with no cancellation fee. A full refund will be issued, less any payment processing charges.
  • During Active Engagement: If advisory work is underway, cancellation may be subject to a fee reflecting the proportion of work completed. This will be assessed and communicated to you at the time of the request.
  • After Deliverable Acceptance: Once a deliverable has been formally accepted or approved by the client, that phase of the engagement is considered complete and is not eligible for cancellation.

4. Non-Cancellable Conditions

Cancellation may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • The engagement has been fully completed and all deliverables have been issued.
  • A signed engagement agreement explicitly restricts cancellation after a specified milestone or date.
  • Third-party costs or sub-advisory fees have already been committed on behalf of the client as part of the engagement scope.
