Guidelines for Engagement
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Greenwichindia LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to our website and your engagement with our infrastructure advisory and consultation services. By submitting an enquiry or placing a service order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Nature of Services
Greenwichindia LLP provides infrastructure advisory, technical consulting, feasibility analysis, project management consulting, and market entry advisory services. All services are advisory in nature. Our engagement does not constitute execution of construction, procurement, or any direct project delivery activity unless separately and explicitly agreed upon in a signed engagement letter.
3. Engagement & Orders
Service orders submitted through our website are treated as consultation enquiries. A formal engagement commences only upon execution of a written engagement agreement or confirmation from our team. Pricing displayed on the website is indicative and may be subject to adjustment based on the specific scope of work agreed upon during onboarding.
4. Intellectual Property
All reports, analyses, frameworks, and deliverables produced by Greenwichindia LLP remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the Client as agreed in the engagement letter. Website content, branding, and materials are proprietary and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the consulting relationship.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our advisory services are based on information available at the time of engagement and professional judgement. Greenwichindia LLP shall not be liable for project outcomes, third-party decisions, or losses arising from actions taken on the basis of our advisory reports. Our total liability in any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or any engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
