Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Greenwichindia LLP provides specialist infrastructure advisory and consultation services. This refund policy applies to fees paid for consultation service engagements initiated through our website or directly with our team. We are committed to fair and transparent handling of all refund requests.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Pre-Engagement Withdrawal: If a refund is requested before our team has commenced any work on your engagement, a full refund will be issued, less any applicable payment processing fees.
• Partial Completion: If work has commenced but the engagement is discontinued by mutual agreement, a partial refund proportionate to the undelivered scope may be issued at our discretion.
• Service Not Delivered: If Greenwichindia LLP is unable to fulfil the agreed scope of services, a full or partial refund will be provided based on the extent of work completed.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at enquiries@greenwichindia.co.in with your order reference, the reason for your request, and any supporting details. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and provide a determination within 15 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• The engagement has been fully delivered as per the agreed scope.
• The refund request is made after the engagement has been substantially completed.
• The client has approved or accepted deliverables in writing.
• Dissatisfaction arising from outcomes that are outside our advisory scope or influenced by third-party decisions.
